About the role

Lumentum seeks an experienced Sr. Talent Partner to join a focused recruitment team, based in San Jose or Greensboro, NC. You will independently source, screen, and assess candidates, partner with leaders, and shape proactive hiring strategies across manufacturing and technical roles. With 5–10 years in recruitment (3+ in-house), knowledge of Workday or similar ATS, and a track record in high-volume, end-to-end hiring, you’ll help build a competitive talent pipeline in semiconductor/photonics
