About the role
- $21.05 per hour, may increase based on education and/or experience
- Salaried, Non Exempt position; Standard biweekly salary paid throughout the entire year, including summer months
- Hours between 7:30AM and 4:30PM based on assigned center; Schedule is based on the school year and does not require work during the summer months
- Positions available in Dauphin, Cumberland and Perry counties

- Associate's degree (or at least 60 credits towards a bachelor's degree) in early childhood education, special education, psychology or related field
- Minimum of one year successful teaching or classroom experience working with preschool children in an early childhood setting or one year of other highly related experience
- Demonstrated expertise in managing challenging behaviors; Knowledge of social and emotional development in preschool aged children
- Familiar with adult learning principles including experience designing and delivering interactive professional development
- Intermediate level computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and learn web based systems
- Valid driver's license and access to properly insured vehicle or public transportation
- Successful completion of pre-employment process, including Criminal History, MVR, Child Abuse and FBI clearances
