Senior Software Engineer, Mobile Tech Lead

Overview In this role you will design, build, and maintain high-quality React Native features across Zoom Info’s mobile apps, focusing on performance and reliability. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into scalable, shippable features and mentor others to raise engineering standards. You’ll lead code reviews, diagnose complex issues, and apply emerging mobile trends to improve our platform. Compensation / Benefitscomprehensive benefitshybrid work arrangementwell-being programsopportunity to work on cutting-edge mobile tech Responsibilities Design and develop features across production mobile apps using React Native with emphasis on performance and reliability Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver well-architected features Write clean, testable Java Script/Type Script code and apply scalable patterns for iOS and Android Lead and participate in code reviews to raise technical bar Diagnose and fix complex bugs and performance issues with durable solutions Mentor junior engineers and foster an inclusive engineering culture Evaluate React Native advancements and apply relevant innovations to improve the platform Key requirements 6+ years of mobile app development with strong React Native experience or equivalent Strong Java Script and Type Script skills, with Redux or MobX experience Proven track record building and maintaining complex production React Native apps on iOS and Android Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Jest and React Native Testing Library, and commitment to TDD practices Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills跨团队协作与沟通能力分析性问题解决能力主动学习与知识分享React Native Java Script Type Script
