About the role

Life Insurance Agent | Stoke / Goldfinch We’re growing our Stoke / Goldfinch team and looking for licensed life insurance agents ready to build production through live transfers, high commissions, and consistent effort.
The opportunity: Spend your time speaking with prospects and helping them find life insurance coverage. Every lead is a live transfer, so you can focus on conversations and closing without manually dialing through lead lists. We offer two programs: Free-lead program: Receive live transfers at no cost, with no upfront lead purchases. Executive program: Purchase live transfers at wholesale pricing under a different compensation structure. Flexibility: Choose the program that fits your business, with the option to switch as you grow. We’re seeing approximately 20% close ratios, though individual results vary.
What you’ll do: Speak with prospective clients through live transfers. Understand their coverage needs and explain suitable life insurance options. Guide clients through the application process. Maintain accurate records and follow applicable licensing and compliance requirements. Commit consistent time to client conversations, follow-up, and production.
What we’re looking for:
  • Active life insurance licenses in at least 15 states.
  • Availability to commit at least 30 hours per week.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A professional, client-focused approach.
  • Accountability, consistency, and willingness to learn.
  • Who’s building this
  • Co-founder of Assurance IQ, which was acquired by Prudential in a $2.35 billion deal. He’s bringing that experience to Stoke / Goldfinch and building an organization focused on helping agents produce.
  • Interested? Let’s connect.
  • Book a 15-minute introductory call to discuss your experience, compensation, and which program could be the right fit:

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
