Order Processing Coordinator
Position Overview: The Order Processing Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth order processing and logistics coordination for the Customer Service department. This position is an integral part of our manufacturing plant and is on-site in Foxboro, MA.
Job Responsibilities: Efficiently process, prepare, and release orders using order tracking and CRM systems. Conduct thorough customer order inspections, making necessary revisions based on customer requests (e.g., tags, quantities, shipping information).Collaborate with internal departments to gather and provide updates on order status, shipping dates, prices, critical orders, and scheduling freight forwarders. Confirm orders, update shipping status, and promptly notify customers of any backorders or delivery delays. Provide initial support by researching and resolving order-related inquiries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information within systems. Generate shipping and export documentation as required for shipments and orders. Ensures invoices are processed accurately and distributed to customers on schedule Monitor customer requests and inquiries using communication reports on customer orders and backlog. Collaborate closely with manufacturing operations to ensure order dates are met
