About the Position:The HR Leave & Compliance Admin plays a key role in supporting critical HR functions, including employee leave administration, licensing, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdminister multi-state employee leave programs (WC, FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD), including documentation, case tracking, carrier coordination, and return-to-work processesAdminister insurance licensing and compliance, including applications, renewals, audits, and maintaining accurate HRIS recordsOversee employment compliance processes, including I-9/E-Verify, audits, EAD tracking, and support for international employeesSupport employee engagement initiatives, including communications, event planning, feedback analysis, and budget assistanceProvide backup support for payroll and benefits administrationPerform special projects and other duties as assistance becomes necessaryPosition Requirements:Bachelor's Degree preferredMinimum of one-year HR experienceExperience with leave of administrationMulti-state experience preferredExperience with Microsoft Office, especially excel and Google SuitesAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to be well organizedConsistently maintains a high level of detailAbility to prioritize assignmentsWork Environment & Physical DemandsPosition is full-timeHours: 9AM-5PMIn-office or hybridNormal office conditions.Must be able to sit for long periods of time.Must be able to type & bend to file, answer the telephone.About A-MAX Insurance:A-MAX is an industry leader that specializes in providing low-cost insurance to thousands of customers and businesses.
