Job Description: We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy Ranch Maintenance & Caretaker to help oversee and maintain a private ranch property near Alvin, Texas. This is ideal for someone experienced with ranch work, property maintenance, equipment operation, and general caretaking responsibilities.
Responsibilities: General ranch and property maintenance Mowing, brush clearing, and fence repairs Monitoring and maintaining gates, roads, ponds, and buildings Basic handyman and repair work Equipment operation and maintenance (tractor, mower, UTV, etc.)Animal care assistance if needed Property inspections and reporting issues promptly Keeping the ranch clean, secure, and well maintained Assisting with vendors, deliveries, and contractors when required
