About the role
How to Apply:
Send your resume and a 2-3 minute Loom video to [] with the subject line: I’m Your Next Sales Pro. In the video: tell us how you think, how you handle a tough conversation, and why this specific role at this specific company is the right next move for you. We watch every one!
The Company:
Greenland Advisors is the firm entrepreneurs trust when it's time to buy a business, scale an existing business, or exit for a life-changing payday. Whatever stage the entrepreneur finds themselves in, Greenland is the habitat built for them to flourish. We are growing fast. This role sits inside BAM (Business Acquisition Mastery), our high-ticket buyer education and advisory program led by Leo Landaverde, a licensed M&A advisor with $150M+ in closed transactions. Our clients are motivated business buyers who want the roadmap, the tools, and the expert guidance to close on a business within 6-8 months. Your job is to be the person who gets them across the line.
The Role:
You're a sales professional through and through. The leads that land on your calendar have already raised their hand: they've engaged with our content and came through an inbound funnel. They're interested. What they need now is someone who can run a real conversation, handle the hard questions, and help them make a decision they're confident in. This role is fully remote with a compensation structure that directly rewards performance. The ceiling is yours to set. What You’ll OwnYour calendar: pre-qualified, inbound prospects ready for a sales conversation The close: from the first minute of the call to a signed enrollment into BAMYour close rate: tracked, reviewed, and improved every week Post-call follow-up on every prospect who didn't close on the first call A clean pipeline in GoHigh
Level: accurate dispositions, notes, and next steps on every record
What You’ll Actually Do30 minute discovery calls and 45-minute sales calls with pre-qualified prospects who are serious about buying a business Run our structured sales framework: understand their situation, present BAM's program, and close with conviction Handle objections with honesty and composure, not pressure Follow up with prospects who didn't close on the call using our approved sequences Keep GoHighLevel accurate. Every call dispositioned, every note clean, every follow-up scheduled Show up to weekly performance reviews and call reviews. Your calls will be listened to by our VP of SalesShare what you're hearing in the market back to the team — patterns in objections, buyer hesitations, and deal-breakers all sharpen how we operate
Who You Are:
You close without pressure. You don't push people into decisions; you help them make the one that's right for them. That's a harder skill, and you have it.
You're composed when it counts. The prospect is resistant, the objection is real, the call is going sideways… and you slow down, not speed up.
You're coachable. Feedback lands as information, not criticism. You listen to your own calls, identify what broke down, and fix it.
You follow the framework. We have a process built on what works. You run it well before you try to improve it.
You're disciplined-hungry. You want to build a real income doing work that matters. You understand the difference between a bad week and a bad habit.
You believe in what you sell. BAM is a real program producing real results. You can't fake conviction on a sales call, and you won't have to here.
Background:
Your background doesn't have to be in sales. It has to be one where standards were high, people were involved, and quitting wasn't an option. Previous closing experience, especially in high-ticket coaching, financial services, or advisory, is a significant advantage. Coachability and conviction matter more than your resume.
What We Offer:
- Fully remote, managed by output, not hours logged
- Flexibility that a traditional job won't give you
- A compensation structure with a real path to six figures — tied directly to what you close
- Pre-qualified, inbound leads
- Real exposure to M&A, deal flow, and business acquisitions. Most closer roles don't offer that
A small, high-trust team where your work is visible, and your growth is realA Few Honest WordsThis role is not for everyone, and we'd rather say that upfront than waste your time or ours.
The people on your calls are making real financial decisions, sometimes the biggest of their lives. That means every call deserves your full preparation, your full presence, and your full honesty. If you're looking for a role where you can coast on charm, this isn't it. If you want a role where doing the job well actually means something, keep reading.
We're also building. The playbook exists, but it evolves. We need someone who can run the system, improve it over time, and take ownership of their numbers without needing someone to chase them.
How to Apply:

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
