About the role
Leading a team of content creators, the full-time remote Director of Thought Leadership & Content Strategy will translate Slack's platform narrative into engaging content, including whitepapers and digital materials, while driving major product launch narratives and supporting external communication efforts.
Key responsibilitiesTranslate Slack's platform messaging into market-engaging content that shapes industry perceptions of AI and the future of work
Write and produce thought leadership materials, including whitepapers and trend reports, to establish Slack's market position
Develop content for major product launches and support communications and analyst relations with compelling narrativesRequired qualifications10+ years in content strategy, product marketing, or editorial leadership with a strong portfolio
Proven experience in building and leading high-performing content teams
Track record of producing impactful content that drives perception and engagement
Ability to translate complex product narratives into accessible market-facing content
Strong editorial judgment with a focus on creating content that resonates emotionally with audiences
