About the role

Driving business growth and optimizing revenue generation, the full-time remote Sales Operations Lead will partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning, reporting, and analytics while enhancing operational efficiency across the organization. Key responsibilities Lead annual planning and goal-setting processes in collaboration with Regional Sales Ops and Supply leaders, providing analytics and recommendations Deliver intelligence on market trends and growth opportunities, standardizing reporting practices to generate actionable insights Collaborate with various teams to improve sales efficiency and drive cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, or a related field Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel, with familiarity in data warehousing and BI reporting platforms Experience across the Customer Lifecycle, particularly with customer success teams Strong analytical skills with a track record of developing financial/business models Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leadership and inform strategic decision-making
