About the role

ATC Indianapolis is seeking an In-Home Assessment Specialist (PRN) to visit homes in the Fort Wayne area. You will drive to assigned homes, conduct ADLs/IADLs assessments, complete paperwork, and train families on the plan of care. Most visits are daytime, Monday–Friday; 100% PRN with no minimum hours. You can pick up visits as you want and receive weekly pay with mileage reimbursement and paid training.
