The Opportunity:
Inbound Sales Agents are required to work with and sell insurance to new customers through our Direct-to-Consumer channel while ensuring a positive client experience. As an Inbound Sales Agent, you will have an excellent support team behind you that handles all non-sales related activities so that you can focus your time and energy on selling. Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert on personal lines insurance, our carriers, and the states within your territory Conduct needs-based client policy reviews, update coverages and add policies when applicable Ensure a positive client experience with every interaction Requirements 2+ years of direct sales experience Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in multiple states Successful track record of exceeding sales goals and daily activity requirements Proficient with technology-- prior Salesforce and EZlynx experience a plus Ability to effectively function at a high level in a virtual work environment
