Subcontracts Administrator IIJoin a Growing Procurement & Contracts Team We are seeking a Subcontracts Administrator II to support the management, negotiation, and administration of subcontract agreements for complex projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented procurement professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with project teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience handling subcontract lifecycle activities, conducting cost and price analyses, negotiating subcontract terms, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and contractual requirements. Must-Have Qualifications✅ Bachelor's Degree (required)✅ 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Subcontract Administration Procurement Supply Chain Management Purchasing Contract Administration✅ Experience with: Supplier and subcontractor management Cost and price analysis Contract and subcontract negotiations Procurement processes and compliance requirements✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills✅ Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines
What You'll Be Doing: Develop, negotiate, and administer subcontracts for a variety of projects and programs. Prepare and manage solicitation packages, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and subcontract documentation. Conduct supplier evaluations, cost analyses, and pricing reviews. Negotiate pricing, terms, conditions, and subcontract provisions with vendors and subcontractors. Collaborate with project managers, program teams, finance, and suppliers to ensure successful subcontract performance. Monitor subcontract compliance and support risk mitigation efforts. Maintain accurate procurement documentation and contract records. Recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance procurement operations. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting government contracts or highly regulated industries. Knowledge of procurement regulations, contract law, and subcontract administration practices. Experience reviewing contractual terms, pricing structures, and supplier performance metrics. Understanding of finance, accounting, and supply chain principles.
