Security Supervisor The Security Supervisor oversees security operations in Azar and DC, managing personnel and ensuring the safety and security of facilities and assets. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate security staff activities Develop and implement security protocols Conduct security assessments and risk analyses Monitor security systems and respond to incidents Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services Provide staff training and professional development Prepare security reports and manage documentation Ensure compliance with laws and company policies Manage staff scheduling and coverages
Education and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of security experience, including 2+ years in supervision
  • Valid Texas security license
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capable of responding quickly to emergencies
  • May require lifting or moving objects up to 50 lbs
  • Visual and auditory acuity to monitor surveillance systems
