About the role

Job Overview: We are seeking a point person between sales and our customers, responsible for pricing and quoting, providing technical support to sales, service and customers, managing the repair cycle internally, managing their orders, and timelines, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide customer service, sales and technical support to sales team and customers.
  • Promote and encourage "Profit Management" to ensure a profitable future for the company.
  • Understand and implement policy to achieve both customer and company goals.
  • Work closely with sales, fabrication and vendors to facilitate the sales effort and meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare proposals and cost estimates according to technical and performance requirements.
  • Facilitate prompt remedy of customer technical problems, complaints and failures
  • Maintain organization of order files, monitor in-house orders and assist sales and fabrication with project related questions.
  • Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
  • Preferred knowledge of centrifugal pumps, other fluid handling equipment and fabricated pumping systems.
  • Must be able to work independently to achieve targeted results.
  • Well-organized and self-motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
  • Effective negotiating skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering required or related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines.
