About the role

Midway Staffing is seeking a Branch Manager in Aurora, IL to lead the branch like their own business. You'll drive fill rates, retention, client satisfaction, and branch profitability, while coaching a team of recruiters and staff in a fast-paced environment. You'll work Monday–Friday, with bilingual English and Spanish fluency essential, and you will report to the Regional Manager. The role comes with a $70,000–$80,000 salary and quarterly bonus opportunities, plus a full benefits package.
