About the role

Eversource Energy is seeking an Inside Supervisor to lead safe, coordinated field operations on capital projects across Eastern CT. The role emphasizes safety, performance management, and strong collaboration with Customer Care, Engineering, and outside contractors. Hours are typically four 10‑hour days with on‑call rotation and storm duty as required; travel within CT may be needed. A Bachelor’s Degree and 5–10 years of related experience are preferred.
