Job DescriptionWe are a multifaceted CPA firm that provides financial and tax planning to our business and personal clients by offering payroll, bookkeeping, auditing, and tax services. We have close relationships with financial advisors and family attorneys which enable us to provide a full array of services to our clients under one roof.The JobWe are looking for an Administrative Assistant to add to our dynamic team of professionals at our Sun Valley, Idaho location. This role is essential to keeping daily office operations running smoothly and providing excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities include assisting with client communications, supporting the tax team, maintaining accurate and confidential records, and handling general office and administrative tasks.What do we need you to do?Greet clients and handle inquires both in person and over the phoneAnswering multi-line phone system and routing calls to the correct personSchedule and confirm appointments via phone and emailManage client files and confidential information with the utmost discretionProvide administrative support to the office staff and management teamPerform general office duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, shredding, and filingRetrieve the mail from the post office daily and running errandsManage and maintain office supplies inventoryAssist with bookkeeping and payroll duties as needed including the daily depositsQualifications for this position:High school diploma or equivalent requiredProven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficientlyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to handle confidential information with discretionDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in workAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamAlthough we take our work very seriously, we don't take ourselves too seriously.
