Executive Assistant - Space & Cybersecurity📍 Hauppauge, Long Island, NY | Hybrid, 3 days onsite💰 Circa $100,000 + potential equity We’re working with a growing cybersecurity company operating within the space industry that is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Long Island. This isn’t a traditional EA role. You’ll work across executive support, finance administration, customer communication, HR and wider business operations, so we’re looking for someone who takes real ownership of their work and enjoys getting things done.
What you’ll be doing: Executive support, calendar management and general administration Managing customer emails, follow-ups and some light lead generation Supporting accounts payable and receivable through Quick Books Working across Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Microsoft Office Supporting HR and hiring administration through Gusto Assisting with Linked In and social media activity Using tools including ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot to work efficiently
What we’re looking for: Ideally 1-2 years of professional experience Previous accounts payable and receivable experience Experience using Quick Books Confident with Excel, Power Point, Outlook and digital tools Highly organised, diligent and detail-oriented Proactive mentality with strong follow-through Someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work Finance or aerospace experience would be particularly relevant Able to commute to Hauppauge three days per week Package Circa $100,000 base salary Potential equity 100% employer-paid health and dental 3.5% 401(k) match 3 weeks PTO, increasing with tenure Hybrid working, 3 days onsite and 2 remote This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional who wants exposure to multiple areas of a growing business while working within the space and cybersecurity sector.
