Capital A is seeking aNew Business Processorto join our growing wealth management team. This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional client experience by ensuring new accounts are opened accurately, assets transition smoothly to the firm, and ongoing service requests are handled efficiently.
The New Business Processor serves as an operational backbone of our client onboarding and servicing process. You'll work closely with Advisors, Service Advisors, Planning Specialists, and Operations while developing a strong understanding of the wealth management business.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding
Coordinate the new-client onboarding process from initial paperwork through account opening and funding
Prepare, review, submit, and track account-opening documentation
Ensure paperwork is complete, accurate, and processed in a timely manner
Enter and maintain accurate client and account information in Salesforce
Provide clients with portal access and assist them with initial setup
Track account openings, transfers, and funding through completion
Communicate with clients and internal team members regarding outstanding documentation or information
Account & Client Service
Monitor account transfers and follow up on outstanding items
Assist with annuity-related updates and servicing
Monitor account and assets-under-management information for accuracy
Identify and promptly resolveNIGO (Not in Good Order)items
Handle routine client service requests accurately and professionally
Escalate more complex client needs to Service Advisors or Advisors
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and service activity
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Track the movement of prospective clients through onboarding and into active client relationships within Salesforce
Maintain complete and accurate client records
Follow established operational and compliance procedures
Ensure required documentation and approvals are obtained throughout the onboarding process
Protect confidential client and financial information
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and the client onboarding experience
Collaborate with Advisors, Service Advisors, Planning Specialists, and Operations to ensure a coordinated client experience What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in building a career in financial services.

Curiosity and a desire to learn about wealth management and financial planning
Prior experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, insurance, client service, or operations is helpful but not required for the right candidate. Technology
Experience with or the ability to quickly learn:
Salesforce
Microsoft Office Suite
Client portals and document-management systems
Custodial and wealth management platforms
