About the role

Inveniv is a creative marketing agency, Hub Spot Solutions Partner, and commercialization consultancy helping life sciences, healthcare, and technology organizations clarify brands, scale marketing systems, and bring ideas to market. Privately owned since 2017, our work spans brand strategy, multi-channel campaigns, digital experiences, Hub Spot, sales enablement, and marketing technology. We are looking for a hands-on, full-stack Marketing Manager who is equally comfortable owning high-level strategy and executing directly in the platforms.
The Role: You will plan, build, manage, and optimize marketing programs for Inveniv and our clients. This is a technical, execution-heavy role requiring deep expertise in Hub Spot Marketing Hub/CRM and a practical, modern approach to AI in marketing workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities: Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, web, paid media, events, ABM, and sales enablement) from strategy through execution and analysis. Translate business objectives into campaign plans, target audiences, timelines, and measurable KPIs. Build directly within Hub Spot, including emails, lists, segmentation, forms, landing pages, workflows, automation, and reporting. Leverage CRM data to develop lifecycle programs, lead nurturing, and personalized experiences while connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue. Integrate AI tools thoughtfully into research, planning, content creation, personalization, and operations while maintaining quality control. Create ongoing performance reports and participate in client meetings to share insights and recommendations. Develop briefs and collaborate closely with writers, designers, developers, and strategists. Write and edit marketing copy (emails, landing pages, social content) as needed. Stay current with evolving Hub Spot capabilities, AI tech, and marketing best practices, maintaining relevant certifications.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 4–7+ years of marketing experience, ideally within an agency, B2B, healthcare, life sciences, or SaaS environment. Hub Spot Expertise: Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Hub Spot Marketing Hub and CRM (workflows, segmentation, attribution, and reporting).AI Proficiency: Active, practical experience using AI to enhance efficiency, analysis, and campaign personalization—understanding that AI supports, rather than replaces, human strategy and judgment. Strategy & Execution: Proven ability to move fluidly between high-level planning and tactical execution. Communication & Organization: Strong writing skills and the ability to manage multiple client initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Preferred Background Agency experience managing multi-client programs. Familiarity with complex technical industries (life sciences, biotech, medical devices, healthtech).Hub Spot certifications (Marketing Hub, CRM, reporting, or automation).Experience with Google Workspace, Monday.com, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud. Work Environment & Culture Inveniv offers a collaborative, hybrid work environment based out of our Apex, North Carolina office. We value autonomy, continuous learning, and curiosity, particularly regarding the complex scientific and technical subject matter our clients advance.
Benefits & Perks: Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance. Paid time off, sick leave, and federal holidays. Hybrid agency culture with Apex-based in-person collaboration. Professional development, ongoing Hub Spot training, and certification support. Bi-annual reviews with opportunities for advancement. Inveniv provides equal employment opportunities without regard to protected status.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
