Care Personal Beauty zoekt een daadkrachtige COO die als integrator naast de visionaire CEO opereert. Je vertaalt visie naar plannen en resultaten, houdt 20–25 medewerkers samen en zorgt voor duidelijke verantwoording en KPI-gedreven uitvoering.
Daarnaast begeleid je digitaliseringsprojecten en borg je groei zonder in te boeten op kwaliteit. Je werkt nauw samen met marketing, sales, salon performance en finance, en streeft naar een efficiënte, toekomstgerichte operatie.
