About the role

Valdese Weavers is seeking a Floor Operation Technician to support dye operations by staging yarn and transferring it between stages. You will work with dye machines, crimping, and related equipment to move yarn efficiently and safely through the process. In this role you will handle heavy lifting, follow ISO 9001 work instructions, and contribute to a clean, safe floor. Attendance bonuses and ESOP participation reflect the company culture and compensation structure.
