About the role

Excellent Opportunity with our client, in Property Management (Retail, Residential, Mixed Use, Commercial, Hotel). The Property Accountant position is a full charge accounting role for 5-6 mixed use real estate investments. Our client is requiring the candidate has experience owning the CAM reconciliation and CAM recoveries (CAM, taxes and insurance), commercial lease interpretation, month-end close, financial statement preparation, journal entries and account reconciliation. Full time 8:30-5/1 hr lunch, 4 days in office, and Fridays work remotely after 90 days training. Special summer hours working until 2pm on Fridays. Full benefits including medical, dental and 401k and an excellent onboarding with 2 long term senior accountants.
