Student Employment: APNH Office Assistant/ReceptionistOffice of Community ServiceFederal Work-StudyStaff reception area and answer and direct phone calls, greet clients and file incoming mail. Support areas of the agency through: typing, filing, ordering and organizing supplies, etc. Additional administrative duties may be required such as developing correspondence, excel databases or updating of databases and spreadsheets.Good interpersonal skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook. Ensure confidentiality in all aspects of funding, personnel and client information according to APNH's standard operating procedure manual. Ability to multi-task.APNH is open M-F 9-5pm. Applicants must have between 6-8 hours availability per week during the agencies operational hours for this position.
