About the role
- Support document management activities by organizing, maintaining, and updating physical and electronic records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

- Qualifications and Skills for the Part-Time File Clerk:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous internship, office experience, or exposure to financial services, banking, or a similar professional environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems, along with experience handling physical documentation in a corporate setting.
- Must be at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 20 pounds, possess reliable transportation, and demonstrate flexibility in a changing work environment.
