About the role
Leading the social strategy and execution at scale, the full-time remote Director of Social Strategy will own multi-channel social growth, manage talent and creator relationships, and leverage cultural intelligence to drive engagement and brand relevance.

5+ years of experience in social strategy and influencer programs, with a proven track record of channel growth
Experience in leading and developing teams
Strong understanding of cultural trends and audience behavior
Analytical skills to connect social performance with business metrics
Proven ability to manage creator and talent relationships effectively
