Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Director of Pharmacy to lead a growing long-term care operation in Kansas. This is a true leadership role with responsibility across the pharmacy, including pharmacists and technicians, dispensing, quality, compliance, purchasing, consulting, billing and overall performance. The ideal candidate will hold a BS Pharmacy or PharmD with an active KS license and 3–5+ years of LTC leadership, with experience guiding teams of 40–60+ people and a strong track
