Highlights Coordinate the Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Program including service delivery, faculty outreach, student staff hiring and training, and program assessment. Assist with coordination and support of special events like First-Generation programs, Open Houses, and Welcome Week. Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Tutoring and Academic Support Services office. Support logistics, communications, and scheduling for TASS academic support sessions. Assist with coordination and teaching duties for the Academic Success Strategies (LAI 203) course. Proficiency required in MS Office Suite. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and creatively, and attention to detail. Preferred qualifications include experience in higher education and familiarity with tutoring centers or supplemental instruction programs. Salary range is $53,000 - $55,000 annually. Engages with undergraduate students and faculty within the Tutoring and Academic Support Services department to foster academic success.
