This role is pivotal in creating a diverse range of content, from long-form assets like ebooks and whitepapers to short-form materials such as ad and social copy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire content production process, ensuring that all materials align with business goals, target personas, and the buyer's journey. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, is essential to understand audience needs and industry trends. The Head of Content Marketing will also be tasked with optimizing content for SEO, lead generation, and brand consistency, as well as tracking and reporting on content performance. Applicants for the Head of Content Marketing position should have 5-8+ years' of experience in content marketing, with a preference for those with a background in B2B SaaS or technology. The role requires exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, as well as the ability to create content for both technical and business audiences. A strong understanding of technology topics and a willingness to experiment with AI in content creation are also necessary. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for technology and digital transformation, and possess excellent project management and organizational skills.
