Front Desk ReceptionistResponsibilities Brasfield & Gorrie, a recognized leader in the construction industry, has an exciting opportunity available for a front desk receptionist in Miami, FL. The responsibilities and essential duties of the role include but are not limited to the following:Professionally answer all incoming calls and ensure they are redirected accordinglyGreet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable mannerProvide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related informationReceive, sort and forward incoming mail daily and taking outgoing mail to mailbox daily before it is picked upCoordinate the pick-up and delivery of courier mail and express mail servicesAssist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office suppliesUpdate and distribute various directories and lists on a monthly basisMaintain calendar of conference room appointments and training room eventsOther duties and projects as assignedEducation - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 1-3 years of administrative experience in an office environmentCustomer service drivenExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize assignments with competing deadlinesTeam orientedWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Self-starter
