About the role
- Provide family-centered therapy and support using the FCT model
- Conduct trauma treatment, interventions, and skills-based training for youth and families
- Facilitate family engagement and collaboration throughout treatment
- Coordinate community resources and wraparound services
- Maintain timely documentation in accordance with agency and FCT standards
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training for FCT certification
- Master's degree in a Human Services field
- Full or provisional licensure (LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCSW, LCSWA, LP, or LP-A)
- Must complete official FCT certification through the Family Centered Treatment Foundation (FCT Foundation) within 12 months of hire
- Experience providing in-home or community-based therapy
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and family-systems approaches
- Strong communication and crisis intervention skills
