About the role
IBM Silicon Valley Lab is seeking an AI/ML Engineer intern for a 16-week co‑op designed for undergraduates who can pause their studies. You will work full‑time and may transition to a full‑time role after graduation.
You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement AI/ML capabilities, lead data collection for LLM training, and establish best practices for AI/ML feature implementation across IBM products.
