About the role

Strongsville United Methodist Church is seeking a full-time Youth Director to lead a dynamic grades 6-12 ministry, developing belonging and authentic relationships with youth and families in our community. This role partners with pastors, staff, and volunteers to create meaningful discipleship, service, and outreach experiences. The successful candidate will oversee discipleship, missions, and safe programming, while coordinating with schools and community groups.
