About the role
- Seven or more years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or comparable technical analysis professional.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead discovery sessions, requirements elicitation, process walkthroughs, and stakeholder workshops.
- Experience documenting complex business processes and the technical components that support them.
- Experience analyzing application integrations, APIs, SFTP and file transfers, data exchanges, mappings, and system dependencies.
- Experience documenting data lineage, source systems, connectivity, transformations, data ownership, reconciliation, exception handling, and downstream consumers.
- Strong Microsoft Visio experience creating current-state and future-state process flows, cross-functional workflows, swimlane diagrams, system diagrams, and data-flow documentation.
- Experience developing functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, interface requirements, and technical documentation.
- Experience working within an Agile delivery model and managing requirements, stories, dependencies, and delivery activities in Broadcom Rally or CA Agile Central.
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, written communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to identify the appropriate business and technical partners, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive unresolved questions to closure.
- Financial services, banking, trust operations, accounting systems, asset servicing, corporate trust, or financial reconciliation experience.
- Experience supporting a large-scale application modernization, business-process transformation, or platform-replacement initiative.
- Salesforce experience with objects, data models, workflows, platform capabilities, reporting, and integrations.
- MuleSoft experience with API-led connectivity, integration flows, enterprise integration patterns, error handling, and data mapping.
- IBM FileNet experience with content repositories, metadata, document lifecycles, workflows, retention, and application integrations.
- Experience working with internal and external data providers and vendor-managed applications.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, SOAP web services, SFTP, file-based integrations, XML, JSON, SQL, SharePoint, cloud-hosted applications, and identity and access-management concepts.
