Job Full DescriptionSales Manager Trainee / Owner's RepresentativeJob Summary: This is not your typical sales job it's a hands-on leadership track where you'll train directly under senior leadership with a clear path toward a key role in the company's commercial and sales division. If you know your way around an active jobsite, understand what great concrete service looks like from the field, and thrive on building lasting relationships with contractors, developers, and project managers, this is a rare opportunity to grow into an executive role with a company where reputation, service, and accountability matter. From client dinners and golf outings to jobsite problem-solving, no two days will look the same.Requirements:Learn quoting, estimating, and pricing while managing key accounts and prospecting to secure new businessBuild and grow relationships with contractors, developers, superintendents, and industry partners - including client lunches, dinners, golf outings, conventions, and networking events (a core, non-optional part of the role)Coordinate closely with dispatch and operations to resolve jobsite issues and customer concernsTrack and report backlog, sales pipeline, and work projections while splitting time between the office, jobsites, and client meetings - mostly local travel with occasional out-of-town tripsQualifications:Construction field credibility understands jobsite dynamics and operational realities, and can communicate confidently with contractors, superintendents, and project managersOutgoing, personable, and professional presence with strong relationship-management skills; comfortable entertaining clients and representing the company in professional and social settingsOrganized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through; proficient with Excel, Outlook, and similar software platformsLong-term career mindset with a stable work history; background in ready-mix concrete, general contracting, construction management, or commercial construction preferredSchedule & Pay:Schedule: Full Time RoleSalary: Flexible Depending on the ExperienceApply Now!Send us your resume: Give our office a call: Stop by our office: Location: Miami, FLPosition Type: Full-Time; Miami-Dade (South), FL 2044 10491 N Kendall Drive Suite F-202 Miami, FL 33176
