Job Full DescriptionSales Manager Trainee / Owner's RepresentativeJob Summary: This is not your typical sales job it's a hands-on leadership track where you'll train directly under senior leadership with a clear path toward a key role in the company's commercial and sales division. If you know your way around an active jobsite, understand what great concrete service looks like from the field, and thrive on building lasting relationships with contractors, developers, and project managers, this is a rare opportunity to grow into an executive role with a company where reputation, service, and accountability matter.
