Experience Requirements: 6+ years of Electrical Estimating experience Electrical Background in data centers, healthcare, semiconductor, or large commercial projects Project portfolio required with resume submission We are seeking a sharp, fast-paced, and strategic Senior/Lead Electrical Estimator with a strong track record of pricing complex, large-scale, mission-critical projects and winning competitive pursuits. What You Bring: Strong experience estimating electrical scopes Ability to analyze complex designs and develop accurate, competitive estimates Strong communication and collaboration skillsA mindset driven by accuracy, speed, and strategic execution
What You’ll Do: Lead takeoffs, pricing, and full-scope electrical estimates Develop competitive proposals for complex, schedule-driven projects Collaborate with Project Managers, Preconstruction, and leadership on pursuit strategy Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor/vendor pricing Support client presentations and negotiations Continuously improve estimating tools, processes, and accuracy Why This Role Stands Out You’ll work on high-profile projects that shape skylines, power critical infrastructure, and push technical limits.
