Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 About the FirmA well-established law firm with a strong Commercial Real Estate practice is looking for a Real Estate Associate to join its New Jersey team. The firm represents developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants across a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
What You’ll Be Doing: Handle a range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, amendments, and related agreements Represent lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, developers, and investors throughout transactions Conduct and manage real estate due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and other property-related matters Work closely with clients, partners, and other transaction parties from initial negotiation through closing Advise clients on commercial real estate matters and assist with structuring and negotiating transactions What They’re Looking For 2+ years of commercial real estate experience at a law firm Strong experience with commercial real estate Experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated transactional documents Strong academic credentials and admission to the New Jersey Bar Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a fast-paced environment What’s on Offer$200,000 - $250,000 salary, depending on experience Competitive benefits package Sophisticated commercial real estate work across a range of transactions Direct exposure to developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants Opportunity to work alongside an experienced Real Estate team Strong long-term career development opportunities If this role aligns with your experience, or if you’re interested in learning about other opportunities, please reach out directly:📧 gabriele.barsegjan@simpsonjudge.com📞 (862) 407-6027
