About the role
- Maintain and organize financial, client, and business-related documentation
- Support daily administrative functions for a finance professional and department operations
- Enter, review, and update information within company systems, databases, and spreadsheets
- Manage document retention by scanning, filing, and maintaining electronic and hard-copy records
- Assist with compiling reports and preparing professional business documents
- Monitor incoming communications and ensure requests are directed to the appropriate contacts
- Coordinate schedules, maintain calendars, and arrange meetings as needed
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and accuracy
- Contribute to special projects and provide additional office support when required
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
- Background within financial services, banking, accounting, or a professional office environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to successfully complete a credit screening
