Pay & Benefits
Starting Pay: $20.05/hour Pay increase after 90 Days:$20.61 $200 Bonus at 90 days Pathway to Full-Time Employment: After completing 720 hours Maintain good attendance Maintain a positive performance record Essential Responsibilities Perform assigned job processes in any of the following areas (shipping, receiving, delivery, returnable container center, etc.) in a safe and efficient manner Support daily production goals and quality standards Operate equipment and material-handling vehicles as trained Learn and demonstrate proficiency operating a forklift and/or tugger Follow all company safety, quality, and work instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with other duties as assigned
