Prior experience in construction or relevant internships is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to read and understand blueprints and firestop-related documentation. Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. Strong organizational and communication skills. Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving. Professional attitude and experience. Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Effective leadership and communication skills.
