About the Role: We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our team and build high-performance, production-ready AI features. You will bridge the gap between raw machine learning models and end-user applications. You will own the design and implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, agentic workflows, and robust LLM integrations that drive direct business value.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Model Development & Training: Build, train, test, and evaluate machine learning, deep learning, or foundational AI models. Data Preparation: Clean, structure, and preprocess large datasets required for accurate model training. System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities and models into existing applications via APIs and middleware. Optimization & Testing: Monitor performance, reduce latency, handle bias testing, and optimize models for accuracy and cost efficiency. Collaboration: Work alongside data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to align technical solutions with business goals.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical
