Main Responsibilities
As Maintenance Manager, you’ll oversee plant maintenance staff and coordinate projects, vendors, and equipment upkeep. You’ll ensure compliance, minimize downtime, and support capital improvements.
Lead and coach the maintenance team.
Ensure equipment is maintained to food safety and performance standards.
Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with production, QA, and sanitation on repairs and upgrades.
Maintain budget control and manage spare parts inventory.
Support capital project development and implementation.
Ensure SOX and safety compliance in all maintenance practices.
Participate in audits and inspections.
Track and report on maintenance KPIs and equipment reliability.
Schedule and oversee contractors and outside vendors.
Train staff on troubleshooting and new equipment.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following
5 plus years in maintenance supervision in food or CPG environment.
Strong electrical, mechanical, and automation systems knowledge.
CMMS or EAM system experience.
Understanding of OSHA and food safety standards.
Project management and capital planning experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
