LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Account Manager to manage and grow an established portfolio across South Florida. This is approximately an 80% field-based role focused primarily on existing-account management, retention, enhancement opportunities, and customer relationships, with a company vehicle provided.🌿 What You’ll OwnManage a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts Build strong relationships with commercial clients, HOAs, and associations Monitor account revenue, profitability, service quality, and retention Conduct regular property/site visits Identify and sell landscape enhancement opportunities Develop estimates for enhancement projects Coordinate service delivery with field operations Resolve customer issues proactively Participate in board and association meetings Support receivables, collections, and selective new business development🎯 What We’re Looking For3–5 years of directly related commercial landscaping experience strongly preferred Experience managing commercial landscape maintenance accounts Knowledge of estimating and enhancement/new-project work Strong customer relationship and account-management skills Ability to understand account profitability and field operations Aspire software experience highly preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record required [Account Ma...JD (1) (1) | PDF]⭐ Why This Opportunity?
