In this position you will proactively connect with customers at partner retail stores in the Contra Costa County area, spark interest in our services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. You'll also help customers schedule service appointments-playing a key role in driving new business for Service Champions. Responsibilities: Primarily responsibilities for the Lead Generation Representative include: Know and live up to Service Champions core values at all times. Engage with clients regarding our services at assigned stores. Schedule appointments and follow ups with clients and our field teams. Accurately log client information in Service Titans. Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management and team members. Participate at in-store events. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Service Champions offerings to answer client questions. Ensure monthly revenue and lead generation goals are met or exceeded. Represent Service Champions with integrity, energy, and professionalism.
Qualifications: ROLE REQUIREMENTSRetail experience is strongly preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Energetic, confident, outgoing, and self-driven personality. Comfortable being on your feet and talking to anyone. Must be comfortable initiating conversations with clients. Willingness to work evenings or weekends for in-store events.
