About the role

Ei Digital - Full-Time. Remote.
The role: Own content strategy, copywriting, and calendars across social, CRM and web for spirits and beverage brands, including luxury and premium clients.
Responsibilities: Develop content strategies for campaigns and product launches, from concept and channel plan through content rollout across social, email, and web. Plan and build monthly organic social calendars: concepts, grid planning, hashtags, and pre-launch content scoring. Write social captions, email copy (subject lines, preview text, body), and campaign copy in each brand’s voice. Partner with designers and art directors to turn strategy and copy into creative, and keep calendars on schedule through internal and client review. Own community management, including engagement, responses, resharing partner and press content, and giveaway management. Build and manage CRM content calendars and briefs for recurring emails and campaign moments, working with CRM developers on segmentation and send timing. Write long-form content, including articles, blog posts, and educational web content, optimized for search and AI discoverability. Set campaign KPIs, report on performance, and turn results into recommendations. Act as a client-facing strategist: evaluate feedback, separate in-scope from out-of-scope requests, and present recommendations with clear reasoning. Coordinate with partner agencies (PR, media, influencer) on integrated campaign timelines.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in social content strategy and email/CRM content, agency side preferred.
  • Proven ability to run both an organic social calendar and a lifecycle email calendar.
  • Strong copywriter across short and long form, who can shift between distinct brand voices, from elevated and restrained to playful.
  • Familiarity with SEO content best practices; experience writing for AI search visibility is a plus.
  • Experience with luxury or premium brands, and the judgment to know when a trend fits the brand and when it doesn’t.
  • Expertise in Klaviyo, Braze or a similar ESP, and a social management platform such as Sprout Social.
  • Spirits or bev-alc experience, including familiarity with responsible marketing and compliance review, is a strong plus.
