About the role

Sikaag in Gastonia, NC seeks a senior leader to manage engineering, process engineering and maintenance at the facility, directing a team of technicians and engineers to keep equipment reliable and safe. You will develop preventive maintenance programs, lead capital projects, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement and 5S, OSHA and EPA compliance on site. The role is hands-on and requires occasional travel to other sites.
