Retail Sales AssociateJoin the Retail team at Desert Mountain Club, one of the largest and most beautiful private country clubs in North America, as a Retail Sales Associate!In this role, you will have the opportunity to exceed membership expectations through shop merchandising and outstanding customer service in the Boutique & Tennis Shop at a world-class Fitness Facility, Sonoran.The ideal candidate will be outgoing and friendly with a great attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service. Prior customer service experience, servicing a mid to high-end clientele is required. Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal).Job DetailsResponsibilities:Provide enthusiastic and friendly customer service, as well as assist members, guests, and fellow teammates with their merchandise needs.Maintain appearance of shop floor by creating visually appealing displays, straightening, restocking, and dusting.Answer phones and use the computerized point-of-sale system to transact sales.Implement suggestive-selling techniques to maximize selling opportunities and to educate customers about the extensive product offering.Assist with inventory management and physical inventory counts.Assist with special events such as trunk shows and demo days.Assist with processing special orders and contacting members for merchandise pickup.Assist with tagging and stocking merchandise.Other tasks and projects as requested by supervisors.Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:Ability to work on weekends is required.Required to stand for long periods of time.Required to push, pull, lift and/or move up to 35 pounds – FrequentlyOur CompanyDesert Mountain Club is one of the nations premier private clubs, located in the scenic foothills of North Scottsdale, Arizona.
