All One Credit Union is hiring a Collections Representative in Massachusetts. You will review delinquent consumer loans, contact members to arrange workouts, and document all communications accurately. The role requires strong negotiation, detail, and organizational skills, with bilingual Spanish preferred. Occasional Saturday hours and potential remote work up to 2 days/week after three months are included.
