About the role

General Duties and Responsibilities:Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, X, Google, You Tube, and other digital advertising media plans and buying strategies based on campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and performance goals. Develop and manage audience targeting strategies, including demographic, behavioral, interest-based, remarketing, and lookalike audiences. Manage campaign budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, placements, and audience allocation to maximize performance and return on advertising investment. Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing adjustments based on key performance indicators, audience behavior, costs, and campaign objectives. Analyze campaign and audience performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for the performance of creative assets, messaging, audiences, and placements and assist with A/B testing campaign setup, trafficking, tracking, quality assurance, and implementation to ensure accurate campaign launches. Partner with creative, marketing, digital, and other internal teams to coordinate campaign assets, messaging, landing pages, and tracking requirements. Prepare campaign performance reports and translate data and audience insights into actionable campaign spending and ensuring budgets are appropriately paced and aligned with approved media plans. Leverage AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging technologies, to support audience research, campaign analysis, reporting, and emerging digital platforms, advertising products, audience trends, and technologies and recommend new opportunities when multiple campaigns and priorities while meeting campaign launch and reporting deadlines. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Position Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media buying, media planning, paid social, paid search, performance marketing, or programmatic advertising. Hands-on experience planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns. Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads required; experience with X Ads, You Tube, and other digital advertising platforms preferred. Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, or similar platforms is a plus. Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, retargeting, campaign optimization, and digital advertising performance metrics. Experience analyzing campaign performance and using data to make media buying and optimization decisions. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Google Analytics, data visualization, or other reporting tools preferred. Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in applying emerging technologies to digital advertising, analysis, and campaign analytical, organizational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, platforms, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
